Meet Busted Cupcake

Carissa is my MVP caster of 2018. Maybe of all time.

She is a roller derby chick living in Vermont, USA. Carissa broke her leg in a derby bout. Her original derby name was 'Glitter Pistol'. Her derby name is now 'Busted Cupcake'.

The break was minimally displaced. It was reduced while she was semi-conscious.

That is hubby and mom in the treatment room. No one seems overly concerned about Carissa's broken leg. Minor inconvenience.

Carissa was placed in a soft splint the day of the injury. She was placed in a hard cast three days later.

And she seemed to enjoy her time in the cast. This was Carissa's first break.
